Grant Programs Checklists for New Grant Recipients

Grantees can then follow the progress of their grant project while checking off the program requirements from grant contracting to project completion/reimbursement.



During Your Grant Project

** Planning Only. This document is designed to help you keep track of staff and volunteer time spent on your grant-supported planning project. Use this sheet—or a sheet like it, such as a timesheet report summary—throughout your project to submit along with your Completion Report. While match is not required for this type of grant, we appreciate you tracking this information, as it helps us advocate for additional funding for the Maritime Washington Grant Program.
