Grant Programs Checklists for New Grant Recipients

These checklists are provided for grant recipients to print or save immediately after being notified that they have been awarded a grant. Grantees can then follow the progress of their grant project while checking off the program requirements from grant contracting to project completion/reimbursement.



During Your Grant Project

* Implementation Only. This document is designed to help you keep track of the expenses and in-kind donations made throughout the life of your grant-supported project. Use this sheet — or a sheet like it — throughout the project to submit along with your reimbursement request.

** Planning Only. This document is designed to help you keep track of staff and volunteer time spent on your grant-supported planning project. Use this sheet—or a sheet like it, such as a timesheet report summary—throughout your project to submit along with your Completion Report. While match is not required for this type of grant, we appreciate you tracking this information, as it helps us advocate for additional funding for the Maritime Washington Grant Program.
