Learning Circle Field Trip: Northwest Maritime Center

Join your fellow Maritime Washington Partners for the fourth and final field trip in our year-long learning circle for those who share the stories of our saltwater shores.
How do institutions develop permanent exhibits that interpret maritime heritage—past, present, and future? Explore the Northwest Maritime Center’s new exhibits, covering maritime history, Tribal heritage, modern day industry, and their own mission and activities. We’ll decamp for lunch to discuss how this type of interpretation applies to our own sites, stories, and programs.
