In this partner workshop from October 2024, we discuss how advocacy can help organizations preserve local resources and secure funding for their missions. Highlights include:

  • Former State Representative and Senator Karen Fraser shares insider tips on building relationships with and making strategic asks of decision-makers.
  • Caron Benedetti Cargill, Senior Advisor at Insight Strategic Partners, previews the 2025 state legislative session, along with strategies for navigating Washington’s current political climate around maritime issues
