Annual Maritime Washington Partner Meeting

Staff and volunteers from official Maritime Washington Partner organizations are invited to join the second Annual Maritime Washington Partner Meeting on Tuesday, October 7 in Gig Harbor. This is the one time each year when our full partner network gathers to learn, connect, and celebrate our shared work—so don’t miss it! Attendance at the Partner Meeting also fulfills the annual participation requirement for your organization’s membership in the Maritime Washington Partner Network.

Scholarships

To support Maritime Washington Partners in their work to celebrate, maintain, and share our state’s maritime heritage, we are proud to offer a limited number of scholarships to attend conferences or trainings—including both the Maritime Washington Partner Meeting and PLACES conference. Partners may request up to $750 to fund registration fees, travel and lodging costs, and/or meals. Applications are reviewed by Maritime Washington staff on a rolling basis, and there is limited funding available, so apply early! To request funding, please fill out this scholarship application form. 

PLACES Conference

This year, the Annual Partner Meeting will be held in conjunction with the PLACES conference, also in Gig Harbor, from October 8 -10. Special sessions will be tailored for Maritime Washington partners, and we highly encourage you to attend both events!

How to Register

The Partner Meeting is free for all partners, but pre-registration is required. Registration is hosted on the same platform as the PLACES Conference. If you wish to register only for the Partner Meeting, simply click “Clear Selection” next to the PLACES 2025 ticket before checking out.
